Using arc/plasma as the heat source and metal wire as the raw material, this technology achieves high-precision, high-performance layer-by-layer cladding regeneration of components through digital path planning.
Repair based on digital model calculation with minimal repair volume and high forming efficiency (2-5 Kg/h).
Material utilization rate is high, approximately 90%, when repairing based on digital model calculations.
It can achieve metallurgical-grade bonding, with mechanical properties equivalent to those of forged multi-material gradient composite manufacturing.

Metallurgical Bonding: The repaired layer and the substrate are bonded metallurgically, featuring high bonding strength and no risk of spalling.
Forging-level Performance: The mechanical properties (strength, toughness, fatigue performance) of the repaired components fully meet or even exceed forging standards (compliant with aerospace standards such as AMS7004) .
Customized Wear Resistance: Different materials can be gradient compounded according to operational requirements, achieving a surface hardness as high as HRC 58-62 and significantly extending service life.
Beyond restoring worn components to their original state with high-strength 3D printing, we also offer our advanced 3D printers for sale.
